This week we’re taking you inside a project we completed at Orleans Chateau & Villas in South Florida. The home was recently profiled in a story in Miami Home & Decor magazine, so pick up a copy to see the glossy version of the photos.
We completed this 1,600-square-foot, mid-century condo renovation for Canadian clients who wanted a monochromatic scheme tempered with subtle splashes of color.
Take a peek inside the living room…
We installed neutral grasscloth lines up the walls to accent the coffered ceiling. The taupe and white woven sisal area rug adds warmth to the room. The rectangular cocktail table is from Jalan Jalan and features a petrified wood top with a chrome base. Notice how the table is pieced together with various individual inlays.
To add a touch of color, we matched geometrically patterned throw pillows with a vibrant shade of burnt orange. The ivory down feather sofa and linen loveseat are from Lee Industries — and they’re as comfortable as they look.
We brought the outside in with this beachy-chic wall art from Pottery Barn. Notice how the seashell-themed throw pillow accents the overall theme of the room.
Check the blog next week to view more photos from this project.
