RS3 Designs transformed this one-bedroom, 1400-square-foot loft-style residence at Artech into a modern two-bedroom unit by strategically closing off what was formally considered the dining area.
With the use of a frosted glass partition, the space maintained a unique depth and perception. A beautiful custom-designed table made of glass, chrome and white lacquered wood ties the space together. The ceiling and lighting design allows for the white, black and silver color scheme to take its leaner and sharp effects.
The intricate wavy metallic wallpaper alongside the entire west wall leading from the foyer through the staircase and into the living room add to the contemporary design.
